Absolut Repair Lipidium Instant Resurfacing Shampoo ($18 CAD for 250ml)
This shampoo is really good for very damaged hair, and when I say *very* damaged hair, I mean it! It can feel too heavy or even a tad greasy if your hair isn't really in bad condition. When I used it for the first time with the conditioner, my hair was weighed down and the products were too moisturizing. But I tried it again after coloring my hair (my hair is always much more dry and damaged) and it worked wonders to rehydrate my hair and did not feel greasy at all.
This is not a shampoo that I would use on a regular basis because my hair doesn't always need it, but it's awesome for damaged hair!
Absolut Repair Lipidium Instant Resurfacing Conditioner ($21 CAD for 150ml)
I don't know about you, but I always use more conditioner than shampoo, so when I saw that the conditionner bottle was much smaller than the shampoo bottle, I was afraid that I would runs out of conditioner way too fast. But I was surprised by how much I really need to detangle and moisturize my long hair, I actually use less conditioner than shampoo!
My hair is soft and smooth, but like I already said, I can't use these products on a regular basis because it can be too heavy for my hair.
Absolut Repair Lipidium Instant Resurfacing Masque ($30 CAD for 200ml)
This mask is so good, it's a very concentrated and nourishing formula. Its texture is very thick and I only need a small amount for my long hair. It leaves my hair so smooth and soft! I use this product once a week, it's perfect for dry and damaged hair.
You simply apply a small amount to shampooed, towel-dry hair and leave in for 3 to 5 minutes, and then rinse thorougly. Awesome stuff!
Primer Repair Lipidium Instant Resurfacing Concentrate
You can only get this treatment done at the salon, but it's worth it! I've never tried anything like that, my hair is SO shiny (and soft)!
After washing your hair with the Absolut Repair Lipidium shampoo, your hairstylist will apply the Primer Repair Lipidium Concentrate on your hair, leave it 5 minutes then apply the Repair Lipidium Masque and leave it 5-10 minutes, and then rinse it out. You need to try this at least once in your life!
Absolut Repair Lipidium Reconstructing Blow-Dry Cream ($21 CAD for 125ml)
I would only recommend this product if you have very dry, damaged and coarse hair. Sadly I didn't like this product, it's too heavy for my fine hair and it weigh it down even if I only apply a small amount.
Sealing Repair Lipidium Double Serum ($27 CAD for 30ml)
Its formula is different than most serums on the market, the bottle has 2 chambers which contain a cream and a clear serum. So it's like an hybrid between a serum and a blow-dry cream ; more nourishing than a serum, but with a more shiny finish than a cream.
This serum is much better for my hair type than the blow-dry cream, it makes my hair very soft, smooth and shiny. It really helps to seal split ends, it doesn't repair them (you need an haircut for that!) but it seal them together temporarily.
