The consistency is similar for each shade; they feel smooth to the touch but aren't buttery smooth, if that makes sense. They aren't dry or powdery, and never look dusty on the skin.
I love how the blushes (Born To Be Alive, I Need A Man) seem to melt on my skin, kind of like a cream blush! They have a beautiful satin luminous finish, without any glitter in sight.
I prefer to apply the blushes with a small round brush, I find that the color payoff can be a bit too sheer with a big fluffy brush. And for the highlighter, I like to apply it with a duo fiber brush!
The shade I Need A Man isn't my cup of tea, to be honest, but I'm sure it would be beautiful on tan skin. I'm really digging the color Born To Be Alive though!
Also, I may be obsessed with the highlighter in this palette. I can't get enough of the shade Crique! It's not too dark for pale skin tones, and it looks fabulous on tan skin too. The finish is beautiful, it's shimmery but not glittery.
Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the quality of this palette BUT I'm not a huge fan of bright coral blushes these days, so I know I won't use the shade I Need A Man often.
Crique is a pale champagne gold with a shimmery finish.
Born To Be Alive is a peach with a satin luminous finish.
I Need A Man is a vibrant pinky coral with a satin luminous finish.
