What Time Isn't It?
By the way if you prefer to see 'hand swatches', check out Nail Lacquer UK blog!
My top picks from this collection are Fearlessly Alice and I'm Gown for Anything!
Left to right : I'm Gown for Anything!, Oh My Majesty! and A Mirror Escape
I'm Gown for Anything! is a pinky lilac with a creme finish. The formula is excellent, I wasn't expecting that! The first coat is streaky but the second coat is streak-free and opaque. I love this shade, and I usually don't like lilac on me! I Am What I Amethyst (Soft Shades 2016 Collection) is much more blue-based.
Oh My Majesty! is a pearly golden white with a pink sheen. This is such a gorgeous shade, but it's so sheer and streaky! 4 coats will do the trick, but I really wish it didn't need more than 3. By the way this photo doesn't do it any justice, where's the pink sheen?
A Mirror Escape is a gold with a glittery finish. This is a very unique shade, can you see the tiny white beads? These aren't glitters! That being said, the formula is quite sheer so you will need to apply at least 3 coats. The finish is a bit rough too, but honestly it doesn't bother me.
Left to right : What's the Hatter with You?, Having a Big Head Day and Mad for Madness Sake.
What's the Hatter with You? is a rich burgundy purple with a creme finish. This one only need two coats for full coverage! It would be a great color for fall, don't you think? Guys & Galaxies (Starlight Collection) is much darker.
Having a Big Head Day is a bright red with a creme finish. This red is streak-free and almost completely opaque with 2 coats, but it's a bit sheer so it looks best with 3. Love is in My Cards (Starlight Collection) is slightly darker and cooler.
Mad for Madness Sake is a fuchsia pink with a creme finish. The coverage is a bit sheer in one coat, but completely opaque in two. Perfect formula!
Left to right : What Time Isn't It?, Fearlessly Alice and The I's Have It.
What Time Isn't It? is a dark grey with silver bar glitters. I like that the glitters don't get lost in the grey base, but the color didn't wow me. It's just a matter of taste, I guess! This shade is pretty much opaque with 2 coats, but it looks best with 3.
Fearlessly Alice is a bold blue with a creme finish. This one is extraordinarily pigmented, almost a one coater! Don't forget to apply a base coat on your nails because it will stain them. Rich Girls & Po-Boys (New Orleans Collection) is darker and less bright.
The I's Have It is a light powder blue with a creme finish. This blue is still sheer and streaky with 2 coats, it definitely need 3 coats.
The OPI Nail Lacquers retail for $12.50 CAD for 15ml.
