Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Duo #1 Pink Beige and Brush #156

Contouring your face without any visible trace of powder on your skin? This is what Make Up For Ever has to offer with their new Pro Sculpting Duos, a gel-powder formula without talc!

The Pro Sculpting Powder is available in 2 shades: #1 Pink Beige and #2 Golden. Usually I would have chosen the shade #2 Golden which has a golden highlighter and would be more flattering for my skin tone, but I swatched both and the darker color in this one was more orangey (which I don't like).

The highlight shade is absolutely stunning, it has an amazing silky texture and color payoff! The finish is very frosty (although not glittery), very similar to MAC Extra Dimension Skinfinish powders.

However, I have to admit that I'm not really loving the darker shade. It's too warm to use as a sculpting powder, in fact it's very orangey on me so I can't even use it as a bronzing powder either. It's such a shame because the formula is amazing, it blend flawlessly and is really undetectable on the skin!

That being said, I love to swirl my brush in both shades and apply it on top of my cheekbones, it gives a beautiful luminous peachy color!

The large flat blush brush #156 ($43 CAD) is an amazing brush to sculpt your cheeks and apply   highlighter. This brush is super soft and it doesn't shed! Make Up For Ever's brushes are made of synthetic bristles so they don't smell bad either. (I love my Nars Ita brush to sculpt my cheeks, but it still smells like goat hair even after a few washes!)

The Make Up For Ever Pro Sculting Duo #1 retail for $45 CAD for 8g.
