L'Oréal Paris Infallible Full Wear More Than Concealer

L'Oréal Paris recently came out with a new full coverage concealer! Available in 25 shades, the Infallible Full Wear Concealer comes with an extra large applicator and provides maximum coverage in just one pass. The formula is said to be transfer-resistant, waterproof and non-greasy!

The coverage is insane, this is by far the best coverage I've seen from a drugstore concealer! The formula is very pigmented and opaque. It can cover up pimples and other imperfections with only a tiny amount of product.

With that being said, I highly recommend to use an eye cream with this concealer (I currently use It Cosmetics' Bye Bye Under Eye eye cream). The finish is matte, which is great for spot concealing, but it can look dry around the eyes. If I forget to moisturize my skin, my eyes look years older at the end of the day!

Also, I always set it with a small amount of loose powder. All concealers crease on me and the creasing is a bit more noticeable with this one (even if I set it with loose powder), but it's only visible if I look at myself in a magnifying mirror.

I'm wearing L'Oréal's Infallible Full Wear More Than Concealer in 330 Ivory and 340 Fawn (without powder) and Blinking Beauté's Luxe Silk Lashes in Mademoiselle

I like to apply a few dots on my dark circles, and then I pat the product with my fingertips. It looks a bit more cakey and patchy if I blend it with a brush or a Beautyblender.

By the way, the product is subtly scented. Just something to keep in mind if your skin is sensitive to fragrance!

All in all, it's a great concealer but I still prefer L'Oréal's True Match Super-Blendable Multi-Use Concealer for my dark circles (it's soooo good!), even if this one is a lot more expensive ($17 CAD for 1.5ml) and slightly less opaque.

But I prefer the Full Wear concealer for spot concealing, it blows all other drugstore concealers out of the water!

  2. Oh wow the coverage looks great! What a great shade selection too! I don't think it would be for me though given how you describe it.

    1. I might not be the best under eye concealer for us (I can make it work if I use an eye cream), but it's great for spot concealing!

  4. Thank you for your great review but I just wished you had also swatched the shades between 350 and 370 because cashmere and cashew are exactly the ones I suspect might be the right shades for me(my skin is NC25 and I don't like my undereye concealer to be too much lighter than my face)

    1. Unfortunately they didn't send me all the colors, I wish I swatched them too. lol

Both shades will be too dark for you. I would try the shade 380 Pecan instead, and if it's too dark you can always mix it with the color 345 Oatmeal. HTH!

  6. Thank you so much for your review. It was really hard trying to find a match for a mac concealer and you explained it perfectly. As I am Indian, with yellow undertones, I decided to opt for the Amber instead of biscuit.

  7. Hey! I have so much trouble finding the right concealer shade. I use Nars Cafe con leche (golden undertones) and it was perfect...for the summer. I am fair-medium in the winter, with warm undertones. Am I completely off if I am thinking of going somewhere between 350-365-370? I dont mind picking two shades but I seriously bad at chosing at the drugstore

    1. Hi! 350 and 370 would be too dark, Cafe Con Leche is darker than NC20 but lighter than NC25. I don't have all the shades unfortunately, but out of the shades I have none of them seem to be a good color for you. My guess it that you would need something similar to NC20 for the winter. Maybe 360 Cashmere?

  8. Okay.. Wheres cashmere? Ugh! Why does loreal have to make things so damn difficult?! Why not be logical like most other brands and provide customers w/this much needed info on your site where its easily accessible?! Maybe they think were all just stupid and aren't aware of our undertones or what an undertone is so they don't even bother including that info...all I have to say is, RUDE! &I think youre the stupid one loreal for thinking "we" are stupid. So look at that..were left with nothing but a bunch of lingering unanswered questions and a plethora of supposed stupidity..great job loreal! I don't even want to buy your product anymore! You should give it to me for free for the amount of effort and work I've put in trying to pick up the slack from you not doing YOUR job!

Huge thanks to whoever took the time to put this together..its much appreciated! (Even if you did leave out cashmere, the ONE shade I was interested in lol) anyone know the undertones for cashmere? Cool?warm? Neutral? Anyone.....?

  9. Hi, I have Tarte shape tape 16N Fair-Light Neutral which is lighter then my face. I’m neutral and Mac has always been hard for me to wear as I haven’t really ever found the right shade. In Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation I wear B10. I wanted one to use more like a foundation, just in the places I need to cover. Would you have a shade recommendation? Also do you think it’s okay to wear as a base in places? Thanks 😊. Also this is so informative!!

  10. Any idea where vanilla would fall on this scale? I am currently using ivory but would like one shade darker. I like the yellow undertones to cover my purpley dark circles.
