BareMinerals The Wish List Eyeshadow Palette (Holiday 2016)

I don't know about you, but I absolutely adore neutral eyeshadows. I just can't get enough of them! When BareMinerals came out with their new The Wish List Eyeshadow Palette for the holiday, I was super excited to try it!

This was my first bareMinerals eyeshadow palette so I didn't know what to expect. What a nice surprise, the formula is soft and silky! Most of the shades blend well and have great pigmentation even without a primer. They produce a bit of powder kick up in the pan though.

Bubbles, Bling and Gold Leaf are buttery smooth and have a gorgeous frosty finish! The pigmentation is great, but I recommend to apply them with your fingers for maximum color payoff.

I love me some matte neutral eyeshadows, so I'm happy that this palette contains 5! Daydream is a nice shade to prep the lid, simply apply it over your primer and all the other eyeshadows will be easier to blend. Come True and Granted are great transition shades, I love the colors and they are easy to work with. Oh and Good Spirits can be a transition shade too, depending on your skin tone.

Good Spirits and Boardroom are nice colors to add some depth to your eye looks. I'm not a huge fan of Boardroom though, it can be quite patchy and hard to blend. It's not the easiest eyeshadow to work with, there are better brown eyeshadows out there.

Yes Please and Stiletto have a matte finish with some random golden sparkles. They are very pretty all over the lids but I suggest to use a primer and press the color onto your lids with your fingertips, or you will get glitters all over your face! Stiletto is completely matte if you apply it with a brush and blend it well, but you may notice a bit of glitter fall out.

Overall, the Wish List Palette has a great variety of finishes and neutral shades! Boardroom isn't the best matte brown I've tested, but I can make it work. In my opinion, the only thing this palette is missing is a deep bronze or golden brown with a frosty finish!

Chance is a pinky off white with a matte finish and a few random sparkles.

Daydream is a light beige creme with a matte finish.

Bling is a light silver taupe with a frosty finish.

Granted is a deep pinky beige with a matte finish.

Yes Please is a matte golden brown with tiny golden sparkles.

Stiletto is a matte deep plum with tiny golden sparkles.

Gold Leaf is a gold with a frosty finish.

Good Spirits is a warm medium brown with a matte finish.

Boardroom is a deep cool brown with a matte finish.
