To be honest, my first experience with this palette wasn't that great. The first shade I tried was Dreamweaver, and it happens to be the only shade I don't like! This color is a bit chunky and less pigmented than the other eyeshadows, it only looks good if I apply it with my fingers.
It's a beautiful shade but the formula isn't easy to work with, it tends to crumble and pill up on my skin.
With that being said, the other shades are top notch! The color payoff is excellent, although I would recommend to apply them over an eyeshadow primer to intensify the colors.
The five matte shades are silky smooth and blend out beautifully! The colors are buildable and they don't look patchy on the skin.
By the way, End Game and Boundaries aren't completely matte but I can barely see the micro glitters when I apply them on my lids.
Aside from the shade Dreamweaver, the shimmery colors are buttery smooth and have great color payoff.
I suggest to apply the colors Angel Fire and Distilled with your fingers though, as these two shades are quite sheer when they are applied with a brush.
I was disappointed with the shade Dreamweaver, but I can't get enough of the other colors! I love the pop of coral too, it's a nice addition to this eyeshadow palette!
Bribe is a light rosy beige with a pearly finish.
Barely Baked is a soft gold with a shimmery finish.
Angel Fire is a pinky golden off-white with a sparkly shimmery finish.
Retro is a medium coral with a matte finish.
Reputation is a copper rose with a shimmery finish.
Burn is a dark bronze with a shimmery finish.
End Game is a deep espresso brown with a matte, slightly sparkly finish.
Dreamweaver is a silver brown with a sparkly shimmery finish.
Distilled is a golden brown with a shimmery, slightly sparkly finish.
Bucked is a light warm-toned brown with a matte finish.
Boundaries is a light rusty peach with a matte, slightly sparkly finish.
Blur is a peachy beige with a matte finish.

Dreamweaver was definitely a weird colour. Applied dry with a brush it was SUCH garbage. I didn't try my finger like you did, but with a wet brush it seemed to work out much better. So weird how that shade passed muster at all!

I have to say they did a great job with this palette. I like that it is much more cohesive than the original naked palette. I also like the use of mattes in it. So many more looks you can make.Too bad about dreamweaver though.
