Both shades are buttery smooth, they almost feel like a cream highlighter! They are very pigmented as well, a little bit goes a long way.
The shade Fierce is beautiful! It's too dark for me when my skin is at its palest, but I love it when I have a tan (similar to NC30). The finish is shimmery and slightly sparkly, but not glittery. It's a bit more sparkly than what I usually prefer but it's not a problem for me as long as I remember to apply it with a light hand.
Also, the staying power is excellent! They are supposed to last 8 hours, but they wear well for more than 12 hours on me, even on a hot and humid summer day.
I didn't like the shade Whimsy though. This one contains glitters and if there's one thing I hate in highlighters, it's glitters! You can't see them in the picture below (sorry!!), so you will have to trust my words on this one. It's such a shame, because I would love this color if it didn't contain glitters.
Swatches on medium skin (NC30)
Whimsy is a shimmery off white with a pink sheen and pink micro-glitters.
Fierce is a golden bronze with a shimmery, slightly sparkly finish.
Overall, I didn't love the color Whimsy (too glittery for me) but the shade Fierce is gorgeous! The formula is buttery smooth, it lasts all day on me, the color payoff is amazing and Fierce looks fabulous on medium or deeper skin tones!
The BareMinerals Endless Glow Highlighters retail for $35 CAD for 10g and are available at Sephora, QVC and Ulta.

Whimsy looks so beautiful! Disappointing that it has glitter :(
