Guerlain Météorites Baby Glow Light-Revealing Sheer Make-Up ($60 CAD for 30ml)
As you may know, I'm not a huge fan of Guerlain Météorites because they are a tad too sparkly for me, but I really like this foundation! The semi-matte finish is beautiful, it's not dewy and doesn't contain any glitters, yet it's not too matte.
I have the shade 3 Medium which is darker than Guerlain's Lingerie de Peau in 02 Beige Clair, and a lot more peachy. It's equivalent to NW30. It's too peachy and pink for my golden-olive skin tone so I need to add a drop of color corrector (MUFE Chromatic Mix works great). But it's not a big deal, I do this all the time with most of my foundations!
Coverage is light to medium so it even out the complexion but you will need a concealer to cover any blemishes you may have. If you are familiar with Guerlain's Lingerie de Peau, Baby Glow gives a bit more coverage and is more moisturizing. The texture is thick but not too much, it feels great on the skin and doesn't go streaky!
Guerlain Météorites Perles de Blush in Angelic Radiance ($58 CAD for 13g)
This blush has incredible staying power, it lasted a good 14 hours on me!! I fell asleep on the couch while I was wearing it... and was surprised when I saw that it was still there after all this time!
The packaging is a bit of a disappointment. It's a very rigid cardboard but I know it will get dirty easily and.. let's just say that we are kind of expecting a luxurious packaging when we buy something from Guerlain.
That being said, the product itself is beautiful! Angelic Radiance is a slightly coral pink and it's not too warm or too cool toned. The finish is luminous, not too shimmery and definitely not glittery. It gives a beautiful flushed, fresh look to my cheeks!
