The Plumpline Lip Liners come with a lip brush, how convenient is that? I mean, for only $20 CAD you get a jumbo lip pencil AND a lip brush.Yep!!
They are creamy but a bit dry, if that makes sense. They glide on easily, but they don't move around too much.
I don't like to wear these lip liners on their own, the formula isn't hydrating. What I like to do though, is wear them over my MAC Prep + Prime Lip or Fresh Sugar Lip Serum! Sometimes I add a bit of lip balm or non-sticky lipgloss (such as NARS' lipglosses) to make them more glossy.
The only downside is that I can't really see any plumping effect. Aside from that though, the Plumpline Lip Liners get a huge thumbs up from me!
White Russian, Incognito and Ransom don't look good on my lips, the formula cracks and settles into fine lines. These three shades don't work for me, unless I want to simply line my lips with them (aka not filling them in entirely).
Dolly Danger has to be my favorite out of the twelve shades I've tested out! It's such a pretty mauve nude. I love InfraRed and Espionage too!
