Make Up For Ever Artist Shadows in ME-644, ME-658 and D-552

Make Up For Ever released lately a collection of 210 Artist Shadow to create a variety of looks. The breakthrough long-lasting gel-powder formula is based on Pigment Atomization and Water-Blend Technology. The Pigment Atomization allows for superior blendability, even texture and intense colour payoff. Yes, I said 210 shades!

D-552 Crystalline Grey Beige, ME-658 Golden Brown, ME-644 Iced Brown

The range is divided in 5 finishes :
S = Satin
M = Matte
ME = Metal
I = Iridescent
D = Diamond

The texture is exceptionally smooth and buttery (it's almost like a cream eyeshadow) and the pigmentation is out of this world! The Diamond finish contain micro glitters so I suggest to apply them with your fingers because they can be prone to fall out during application. They don't feel chunky though, the texture is still very smooth.

ME-644 Iced Brown and ME-658 Golden Brown lean warm, especially on fair skintones. D-552 is a light silver grey with just enough beige in it to be wearable on warm skintones. I also got a sample at Sephora with the shades I-414 Yellow Ivory, M-536 Milk Tea and D-826 Fig so I decided to include them in this post to show you the colors.

I want more shades!! By the way, have you seen the new Studio Case limited-edition palette ($68.50 CDN) which features 12 Artist Shadows and one Artist Liner? I need that in my life!!

The Make Up For Ever Artist Shadows retail for $25 CDN for a single eyeshadow (2g), $39 CDN for a duo and $50 CDN for a trio.

(I received this product in order to evaluate it and give my opinion, but rest assured that my comments are always honest and impartial.)
