Earlier this month, Urban Decay has added a new shade to its Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powders range! Darker than the other two shades, Lit is a golden bronze that is supposed to look gorgeous on any skin tone.

Lit is a medium golden bronze with a very sparkly finish. On my skin, it's a sheer bronze color with gold micro glitters. It has a dry texture but it doesn't feel chunky or look powdery on the skin.
Unfortunately I would need to be very tan to be able to wear this shade, it's too warm and dark for me. I could probably use it if I apply it with a light hand, but to be honest I prefer a more finely-milled sheen.
PUPA Milano Golden Infusion Highlighter in 001 Pink Gold is much lighter. Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Compact in Bronze is less warm, more pink. Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Champagne Pop is much lighter. MAC Extra Dimension Skin Finish in Superb has pink undertones and the finish is metallic.
This highlighter comes with a flat brush in the bottom compartment underneath the product. The bristles are super soft and they don't shed. It's a great brush to apply powder highlighter, but I love to use it to sculpt my cheekbones with contour powder!
Overall, I think you will love Lit if your skin tone is much darker than mine and if you like a sparkly finish! You can even apply it on your collarbones and arms, but I highly suggest to apply a body lotion before you dust the powder on your skin or it might not stick properly.
The Urban Decay Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder in Lit retail for $35 CAD for 6g.
(I received this product in order to evaluate it and give my opinion, but rest assured that my comments are always honest and impartial.)
I had a look at this release and have to admit, I'm not overly interested as it wouldn't suit my paler than pale skin :)

It will look great on dark skin tones but not on us, an highlighter should never be darker than the skin! :)
