Urban Decay UD Holiday 2016 Vice Lipsticks Vintage Capsule Collection Review

As always, the Vice lipsticks are awesome! The formula is smooth, creamy and hydrating. That being said, my opinion on this collection is rather mixed. Pallor and UV-B didn't meet my expectations. They aren't very pigmented and they just don't look even on the lips. I had high hopes for Frostbite too, the color is gorgeous but unfortunately it wasn't completely opaque and too patchy for my liking. 😡

I didn't like Oil Slick either, but I shouldn't complain because the color is exactly what it's supposed to be ; a sheer black. I would have loved a fully opaque black with silver glitters! If you want a sheer black, I think you would love it.

Bruise, Asphyxia, Smog and Roach are the only shades I would recommend. These colors aren't streaky and they are more pigmented than the other shades. Bruise is sheerer, but still highly pigmented!

Overall, I think the colors are very unique but half of them could have been more opaque and pigmented.

  1. Bruise is the only one I think I can wear out haha, but I love that Urban Decay always takes risks with such bold colours!!
