Get your credit card ready, NARS is launching a new palette in the near future and I predict that it will be a big hit! Composed of twelve shades, the NARSissist Wanted Eyeshadow Palette features a new innovative formula. The result? Intense and rich colors.

This palette contains a great variety of finishes : one luminous shade, two shimmery colors, five mattes, three glittery shades and one metallic color!
The formula is very smooth and highly pigmented even without a primer, except for the glittery colors. These three shades (Mendoza, Shooting Star, Fallen Star) have a slightly chunky consistency so they can be a bit messy. I would suggest to apply them with your fingertips to minimize glitter fallout, and use an eyeshadow primer.
With that being said, the glittery shades are very pretty and without them this palette would be less original!
I did three looks with this palette so far, and still have many more ideas! My favorite look is this one : the rosy beige (Seven Heaven) in the crease, the deep bronze (La La) all over the lid, the rose gold (Delirium) on the inner corner and the light ivory (Biarritz) on the brow bone.
Another pretty color combination is the rosy beige (Seven Heaven) in the crease, the pinky copper (Mendoza) all over the lid, the blackened brown (Coconut Grove) on the lower lashline, and dramatic false lashes.
Compared to the NARSissist Loaded Eyeshadow Palette, Shadow Hill is similar to Castille but cooler, and Coconut Grove is almost identical to Montaillou but slightly more black. All the other shades are completely different.
I compared it to the NARS x Man Ray Love Game palette too, and the shade Seven Heaven was similar to Dominant but not identical (Dominant is warmer).
I tried a few shades without a primer and while I didn't notice any creasing (surprising, I know!), the colors had faded significantly by the 8 hours mark. So I would still recommend to use a primer with this palette!
I love how versatile this palette is, it's easy to go from a day look to a night look with these matte neutrals and gorgeous glittery shades!
