Viseart Warm EDIT Eye Shadow Palette

As you may know already, Viseart has launched two new eyeshadow palettes recently; Warm EDIT and Rosé EDIT! These travel-friendly palettes feature 12 eyeshadows in matte and shimmery finishes. Today I'm reviewing my favorite of the two, the Warm EDIT eyeshadow palette!

The Warm EDIT Eyeshadow Palette contains 3 new shades (Moonstone, Nude Caramel, Bronzed Peach), all the other colors are from other Viseart Eyeshadow Palettes.

Saffron and Flame are from the Warm Mattes Palette, Honoree is from the Golden Hour palette, Burnt Gold is from the Siren Theory palette, Earth and Mars are from the Grande Pro 2 Palette, Chocolate and Apricot Nude are from the Grand Pro 1 Palette, and Curcumin is from the Dark Mattes Eye Shadow Palette.

Viseart Warm EDIT Eyeshadow Palette Review

There isn't a single shade I don't use in this palette, I love it even more when I'm tan but I can also wear most of the shades when my skin is pale. The shade Apricot Nude is a beautiful transition shade (especially on pale skin), Honoree is the perfect light beige for my brow bones, and I love to apply Moonstone on the inner corners of my eyes!

I think every palette should have a matte dark brown or at least, a matte black, so I'm very happy that the Warm EDIT Eyeshadow Palette includes a deep chocolate brown! I like to apply the shade Chocolate on the outer V, on the upper lashline (for a soft cat eye) or on the lower lashline for a reverse cat eye (like I did for this look).

Also, I like to apply the colors Saffron, Curcumin, Flame and Nude Caramel in the crease (with another color on the lid, such as Burnt Gold or Bronzed Peach), or all over the lid with long and wispy false lashes (or 2 coats of black mascara). I can easily change the finish by adding a bit of Moonstone over them, too!

But my favorite shade is Earth, my go to makeup look always include a shimmery brown and this one is gorgeous!

Aside from the shade Mars, all the colors are nicely pigmented even without an eyeshadow primer! The eyeshadows blend out nicely and don't look patchy on the skin. But the colors look more rich and vibrant with a primer, especially Saffron and Chocolate (and Mars).

I don't know what happened with Mars, this color is very powdery and doesn't want to adhere on my skin. The formula could be much better, but the color payoff is great if I use a sticky eyeshadow primer and apply it with my fingers. I always use an eyeshadow primer anyway so it's not a big issue for me, but I wish the quality was comparable to the shades Burnt Gold and Earth.

But other than that, I absolutely adore the Warm EDIT Eyeshadow Palette! I love how I can create everyday neutral looks and bright summer looks with the same palette, it's way more versatile than I expected.
