PÜR PRO x Etienne Eyeshadow Palette

As you may know already, Pür Minerals partnered with celebrity makeup artist Etienne Ortega to create a new eyeshadow palette! The PÜR PRO x Etienne Eyeshadow Palette features 18 buildable shades in matte and shimmery finishes.

The palette is made of cardboard and it has a magnetic closure. It's a large palette, but it's slim too so it's not too bulky.

I wouldn't say that this is the silkiest and creamiest formula I've ever tried, but that doesn't mean that the quality isn't good! Some of these shades were dry and sheer on bare skin (such as Billionaire, Muddy and Faux), but they performed beautifully over an eyeshadow primer!

Midnight is the only color that gave me quite a bit of trouble. The texture feels grainy and it looks patchy on the skin. It has a tendency to crumble so it was very difficult to apply without ending with a lot of fallout on my cheeks. I would suggest to apply it with your fingertips and use an eyeshadow primer.

Speaking of primer, I tried a few shades without a primer and I was surprised by how well the formula held up on my lids. It didn't crease at all! I still recommend to use a primer with this palette though, because like I said, some of the shades are less pigmented. But this formula might be worth a try if everything creases on you!

Faux is a matte brown with some random sparkles.

3AM is a black with a matte finish.

Zenon is a silver beige with a shimmery finish.

Lola is a medium grey taupe with a matte finish.

Paradise is a deep muted purple with a shimmery finish.

Billionaire is a olive grey with a satin finish.

Midnight is a deep indigo with blue sparkles.

Galaxy is a matte carbon grey with tiny shimmers.
