In addition to the Moondust Eyeshadow Palette, Urban Decay is launching a new eyeliner range very soon : Razor Sharp! Available in 20 shades and multiple finishes, this water-resistant formula is supposed to dry down quickly and last all day.

First, let me start off by telling you that the brush is awesome! I usually prefer felt-tip applicators, but this brush is very fine and allows you to create a super sharp wing!
The formula is a bit watery, but most of the shades have an excellent color payoff. The only 2 shades that didn't meet my expectations were Push and Chaos, both were a bit sheer for my liking. I love all the other colors but my favorites are Fireball, Revolver, Goldrush and Snakebite!
The Razor Sharp eyeliner dries fairly quickly too, which is always a good thing for an eyeliner!
Are they water-resistant? Yes, they are!! They don't smear or smudge, they only flake off if I rub my skin really hard with warm water. It easily comes off with any micelle solution though!
This eyeliner doesn't transfer onto the creases of my eyes either, and I've tested it on a hot summer day without a primer! It lasts all day long without smudging. They look a bit patchy on my lids after 6 hours, but it's not very noticeable.
Cuff is a metallic silver with a sparkly finish.
Goldrush is a metallic gold with a sparkly finish.
Snakebite is a copper brown with a shimmery finish.
Fireball is a peach with pink shift and a shimmery finish.
Perversion is a deep black with a slightly glossy cream finish.
Chaos is a cobalt blue with a glossy cream finish.
Bump is a white with a slightly glossy cream finish.
Push is a navy blue with a slightly glossy cream finish.
Deep End is a bright teal with a shimmery finish.
Kush is a bright grass green with a shimmery finish.
Revolver is a gunmetal with a sparkly finish.
The Urban Decay Razor Sharp Liquid Eyeliners retail for $27 CAD for 2.3ml.

They all look absolutely amazing. Fiiiiirebaaaall!!
ReplyDeleteFireball has to be my favorite shade, so pretty!
DeleteThese look fantastic! I'll definitely need to pick up a few. Thank you for sharing your review!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, I hope you like them!
DeleteBeautiful! I love Fireball and Revolver, they are stunning! I don't usually like a brush applicator for liquid liner, but it's good to know that you enjoyed the brush given your preference of felt-tip applicators as well!
ReplyDeleteFelt-tip applicators are easier to use, but this brush is so precise!
DeleteOh my gosh they're all so pretty! Revolver is realllly speaking to me. I really think I might need to try a couple of these.
ReplyDeleteRevolver is stunning! :)
DeleteI've honestly never used liquid eyeliner in my life -- not a brush, pen, liquid... not even a gel! I've used pencils and khols, that's it. (I'm not very coordinated when it comes to eye makeup, unfortunately!)
ReplyDeleteBUT... snakebite looks BEAUTIFUL, and gold rush is super super pretty even though I don't wear much gold anything... the teal and the green are also pretty, and I could probably handle the teal, but the green may be a bit much for me, lol. I'm impressed though! I might have to actually lose my liquid eyeliner virginity and put some trial and error to work! :)
I do wish they weren't so much apiece, though. I'll spend a fortune on compacts and lippies, but things like eye & lip liners, eyebrow pencils, etc, always hurt a little bit mor for some reason!!
I would start with a drugstore eyeliner, since you've never tried liquid eyeliner! And then if you like that, you can buy the Snakebite shade! :)
