Lise Watier Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow Isadora Review

Lise Watier Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow Isadora Review

Lise Watier Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow Isadora Swatch

Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow in Isadora ($42 CAD for 9.5g)
This palette features an off-white with a golden pink shift, a gold with a shimmery finish, a light peach with a glittery finish, a medium golden taupe with a shimmery finish and a dark taupe with a luminous finish.

The formula is incredible, super creamy and smooth! They feel like a cream eyeshadow when you touch them, but they perform like a powder. And the 2 shades on the left are gorgeous on the cheekbones too!

There's not a single shade I don't like, if you love warm neutrals you need this palette in your life!

Lise Watier Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow Coppelia Review

Lise Watier Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow Coppelia Review

Lise Watier Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow Coppelia Swatch

Palette Arabesque 5-Colour Eyeshadow in Coppélia ($42 CAD for 9.5g)
The Coppélia palette contains a frosty white, a light cool-toned pink, a light silver with a glittery finish, a light grey with a subtle pink shift and a dark shimmery grey.

These eyeshadows have the same creamy formula than the Isadora palette. The colors are nicely pigmented but the light pink took a few layers to show up on my skin, which is a bummer because otherwise it's a pretty eyeshadow palette.

I usually don't mind when I don't like one or two shades in a large palette but this one has only 5 shades, so I think it's more important to love all the colors especially at this price.

Lise Watier Twist Sharp Automatic Eye Stylo Platine Review

Lise Watier Twist Sharp Automatic Eye Stylo Platine Swatch

Twist & Sharp Automatic Eye Stylo in Platine ($23 CAD for 0.25g)
I usually prefer dark shades when it comes to eye pencils, and this one is no exception. This color is pretty, but it doesn't add much definition to my eyes. It would be gorgeous all over the lid, but you don't get a lot of product for the price so I wouldn't use it that way.

I love the fact that this is a self-sharpening pencil and the staying power is really good as well! In short, the color is pretty and the formula is wonderful, but I just know I won't get much use out of it.

Lise Watier Arabesque Powder Blush Holiday 2016 Review

Lise Watier Arabesque Powder Blush Review

Lise Watier Arabesque Powder Blush Swatch

Lise Watier Arabesque Powder Blush Cheek Swatch

Arabesque Powder Blush ($38 CAD for 10g)
How pretty is that blush? It contains two colors : a light dusty pink and a pale pinky mauve. Both shades are matte, but the formula is very different. The light shade is finely-milled and very silky to the touch, but the mauve is drier in texture! Therefore, I suggest to apply it with a small and dense rounded brush, such as MAC's brush #109.

The matte finish doesn't accentuate enlarged pores and I like the color, but I'm a bit confused as to why the dark shade doesn't have the same silky texture than the light shade.

Lise Watier Arabesque Face Corsage Brush Review

Face & Corsage Brush ($32 CAD)
This brush is a beauty! Don't you just love the pink bristles, and the white and gold handle? The bristles are super soft and supple, it's not a very densely-packed brush. It's a great brush for highly pigmented powder blushes. It works well for highlighting too!

I love it! By the way, I tried this brush with the Arabesque powder blush and it was too fluffy. You really need a densely-packed brush for that blush, because the dark color has a dry and dense consistency.

Lise Watier Arabesque Rouge Gourmand Lipstick Cerise Noire Review

Lise Watier Arabesque Rouge Gourmand Lipstick Cerise Noire Swatch

Rouge Gourmand Lipstick in Cerise Noire ($25 CAD for 4g)
Cerise Noire is a deep wine red with a creamy, slightly glossy finish. This red isn't fully opaque, but it's crazy pigmented and doesn't look patchy.

The creamy formula doesn't tug on the lips during application, it glides on effortlessly. It feels a bit thick but it's not sticky by any means.

I like the fruity scent as well!

Lise Watier Arabesque Haute Lumiere Lip Gloss Gold Glory Review

Lise Watier Arabesque Haute Lumiere Lip Gloss Gold Glory Swatch

Haute Lumière Lip Gloss in Gold Glory ($24 CAD for 6ml)
This clear gloss is packed with tiny golden glitters! I love the glossy finish and the gold sparkles are super pretty on the lips. I find that the amount of glitters is just perfect, it's still wearable! For the life of me, I couldn't figure out a way to photograph this lip gloss on my lips! My camera couldn't pick up the glitters.

The formula is quite thick and sticky though. I couldn't care less for the LED light in the cap either! Speaking of which, it keeps flashing on and off even when the tube is closed. I don't think it's supposed to do that!

Lise Watier Arabesque Baiser Velours Liquid Lipstick Swan Kiss Review

Lise Watier Arabesque Baiser Velours Liquid Lipstick Swan Kiss Swatch

Baiser Velours Liquid Lipstick in Swan Kiss ($28 CAD for 6ml)
Oh my, this reddish brown is so pretty! But why is it limited edition? This color is very popular at the moment, I feel like it should be part of the permanent collection. Don't you agree with me?

This lipstick has a creamy liquid consistency, it applies smoothly and doesn't dry too fast. In fact, it doesn't completely set on the lips so it's not transfer resistant, but it doesn't flake off throughout the day and doesn't feel super drying even if the finish is matte.

Love, love, love this lipstick!
