Today I'm reviewing the new NARS Velvet Lip Glide! Available in 12 shades, these hybrid lip colors are supposed to be hydrating, long-lasting and intensely pigmented. They are enhanced with an Oil Infusion Complex, which allows for a very smooth consistency.
