All the shades are nicely pigmented and the colors are buildable, which is always a good thing for a bronzing powder.
If you look closely enough, you can see that the powders are slightly shimmery (it's very subtle), but they are completely matte when buffed on the skin.
The formula feels very similar to TheBalm's Bahama Mama, although the ingredient list is different. Maybe a bit less silky to the touch, but the finish on the skin is the same!
Just like Bahama Mama, I find that the Take Home The Bronze powders can be a bit difficult to blend. The trick is to use a big fluffy brush, and always set your foundation with a light dusting of powder!
But other than that small detail, these bronzers are top notch. In fact, Bahama Mama is one of my all time favorite bronzer, and I quickly fell in love with these new shades too!

Graham E. is a medium brown with subtle red undertones, the finish is matte.
Toni is a warm caramel brown with a matte finish.
Oskar is a light taupe with a matte finish. (on pale skin, it's a peachy beige)
Here's a comparison with all the other TheBalm bronzers, including the Highlight 'N Con Tour Palette :
Oskar is perfect for fair and light skin tones! For the photos above, I used self tanner so my skin is darker than usual (NC30 instead of NC10-NC15) and this shade is almost too light and ashy. But it looks amazing on me when I'm my usual pale self!
I love Graham E. too, especially when I'm tan. It's like a red version of Bahama Mama! I tried it when my skin was pale and it was too warm for me, so I would say that this shade would look best on medium to dark skin tones.
Toni is the only shade I don't like, it looks orange on me even when my skin is darker. But my skin turns orange easily if a bronzer has the slightest bit of warmth.
The TheBalm Take Home The Bronze Anti-Orange Bronzers retail for $17.50 US for 7.08g.
