August Favorites 2018 Makeup Beauty Blogger NARS Bareminerals NYX L'Oreal Revlon Nude by Nature

L'Oréal True Match Super-Blendable Multi-Use Concealer NARS Brow Perfector Revlon Colorstay Foundation (Combination/Oily)

L'Oréal True Match Super-Blendable Multi-Use Concealer ($17 CAD, click here to buy it)
I'm rarely satisfied with drugstore concealers because they are too sheer (my under eye circles are very dark), but this one surprised me! It blends out beautifully on the skin, lasts all day on me (12+ hours) and the coverage is seriously impressive. The quality is on par with my high end concealers!

NARS Brow Perfector ($31 CAD, click here to buy it)
The Brow Perfector features a retractable oval-shaped tip on one end and a spoolie brush on the other. I usually prefer brow pomades, but this is one of the best brow pencils I've tried and it deserves to be mentioned! The color is buildable and the consistency is just perfect!

Revlon Colorstay Foundation (Combination/Oily) ($16 CAD, click here to buy it)
This is such a good drugstore foundation! The oil-free formula has a semi-matte finish and provides medium-full coverage. It controls shine beautifully and the staying power is incredible! It doesn't separate or settles into my fine lines. And it wears well for more than 12 hours on my extremely oily skin!

BareMinerals Gen Nude Neutral Eyeshadow Palette Nude by Nature Radiant Loose Powder Foundation NYX Sweet Cheeks Blush Palette Review

BareMinerals Gen Nude Neutral Eyeshadow Palette ($35 CAD, click here to buy it)
If you love neutral eyeshadows and don't already own a dozen of them, I highly recommend the Gen Nude Neutral Palette! The formula is fabulous, the satin and shimmery shades are very smooth and creamy, and the color payoff is excellent! They blend seamlessly and none of them look patchy on the skin.

Nude by Nature Radiant Loose Powder Foundation ($32 CAD, available at Shoppers Drug Mart)
I usually prefer a medium or full coverage foundation, but I like the Radiant Loose Powder Foundation for those days that I don't want to wear a full face of makeup. The coverage is sheer and the finish is beautiful on the skin! It doesn't look powdery or chalky. It looks amazing as a finishing powder too, it gives such a beautiful glow!

NYX Sweet Cheeks Blush Palette ($27 CAD, click here to buy it)
I started using this blush palette earlier this month and I fell in love with it! It contains two shimmery shades and six matte hues. The powders are nicely pigmented, easy to blend, and never look patchy. Also, the Sweet Cheeks palette has all the warm and cool colors I need to complement any makeup look!
