Dior Forever Skin Correct Creamy Concealer

Dior recently launched a new multi-purpose concealer! Enriched with wild pansy extract (for smooth and moisturized skin), the Dior Forever Skin Correct Creamy Concealer provides full coverage with a natural finish, and is said to last up to 24 hours!

This concealer is very easy to work with, the formula is creamy and blends out like a dream without being too thin or oily. It doesn't dry too fast and feels really hydrating on the skin! In fact, I don't always use an eye cream with this concealer and it doesn't feel drying at all.

The shade range was a bit of an issue for me, as I fell between two shades. 0N is a tad too light and yellow for me, but 1CR and 1N are too dark for my pale winter skin.

Aside from the color selection, I'm really liking this concealer! The coverage is medium, but buildable to full with a second layer. By the way, the finish is luminous with one layer, and more dewy with a second layer.

I'm wearing Dior's Dior Forever Skin Correct Creamy Concealer in 0N and 1CR (without powder) and Esqido's Unisyn Lashes in Heart & Soul

The formula doesn't fully set and it feels a bit tacky to the touch so I recommend to powder it lightly with loose powder, especially if you apply two layers.

It still settles in my fine lines, but all concealers crease on me so it's normal in my case.

The Dior Forever Skin Correct Concealer doesn't dry too fast, it gives me the coverage I need (and my under eyes circles are daaark!), has a beautiful finish, and I love how moisturizing it feels on my skin. Oh and I love it for spot concealing too!

My only complaint is the price tag, but the quality is there so I would say that it's worth the price!

2N is darker than NC25 (but lighter than NC30) and has golden neutral undertones.

  1. This looks gorgeous - love the coverage and finish! I really dislike when a concealer dries down too fast, so this sounds great!

  2. Hi, thanks so much for this article! My dark circles are BAD and this concealer worked wonderfully on yours! How do you apply it (i.e. brush, sponge, beautyblender, fingers, etc.)? Do you use setting spray with it? Is it easy to touch up throughout the day? Sorry for all the questions! Thank you! :)

    1. Hi! I like to blend it with a damp Beautyblender and then add a bit more product where I need it, and blend with my fingers! I always set my foundation with a setting spray, not sure if the concealer needs it though. As for the touch ups, I never apply it again throughout the day!

Let me know if you have other questions!

  3. Which shade do you think will work for NC20?

    1. I would try the shade 1N but it might be a bit too dark. I think your perfect shade would be 1N with a tiny amount of 0N (this one would be too light by itself).

  4. Hello!I can't seem to decide which shade I am. I wear nars tinted moisturizer in shade st moritz but I don't like my concealer to be brighter than my skin tone or moisturizer. What shade would you recommend, please?thank you!

    1. Hi Emilia!

I only have these 4 shades, so I'm not sure if there's a color that would be even better for you. But out of the 4 shades I have, I would go with 2N. The NARS Tinted Moisturizer in St Moritz is similar to NC30 (maybe a bit darker, if I remember correctly), and if you want a shade that is very similar to that, you will need something a bit darker than 2N (this one will be lighter than your tinted moisturizer, sadly). Does that make sense?

    2. Thank you!I would say 2N is way too light for me, I can't test these but unfortunately but I was trying to choose between 2w or 2wp.

    3. Hi Emilia,

I don't know how dark these two shades are irl, but they look much darker than St. Moritz on Sephora's website. Let me know if you try them, I'm curious!

  6. I guess you are right. I am 2N in Shiseido Foundation . I guess I have to look for 2N in Dior too. This is so difficult actually.. No possibility to try at the store..

    1. Hi Abby,

You will need to mix the shades 0N and 1N, unfortunately 1N will be a bit too dark for you!

  8. 1N is close to NW20
Does that mean 1W would be closer to NC20? Also struggling between chosing 1W or 1N
    Thank you.

    1. Hi Tyla,

Unfortunately I don't have the shade 1W and I'm not familiar with Dior foundation & concealer shades. The colors 'W' are more gold (like MAC's NC shades), but I don't know if 1W has the same depth than 1N. I wish I could help!
