I really like the creamy, slightly waxy texture, it helps to hold the brows in place and it add thickness to each little hair. This formula is water resistant but not smudge proof. On me though, all brow pencils can be easily wiped off my face after a few hours when my skin begin to be an oily mess.
The color is really nice, it's a medium taupe so it looks very natural. Because my brows are so sparse, I do need to add a darker powder on the tail of the eyebrow to add some dimension. For this swatch, I used the Universal Brow Pencil and some MAC Mystery eye shadow to achieve a result that I like. I do wish they would add 1 or 2 more shades, a warm auburn would be nice for redheads and a darker brown/taupe for women with dark brown or black hair.
The Brow Buddy Tool is so neat too, I love it! It's really great for beginners, or even those of you who overplucked their brows (like me!) and need a little help to get perfectly symmetrical brows. And it can be a nice tool to own too if you want to find the perfect shape when it's time to pluck your brows.
The Billion Dollar Brows Universal Brow Pencil retail for $18 CDN for 0.27g and the Brow Buddy Tool retail for $20 CDN.
