Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Creme Lipsticks (Part 2 : Pinks, Reds & Corals)

Are you ready for more Artist Rouge Creme lipsticks swatches? I already reviewed many shades but this time, I want to show you all the pinks, corals and reds! By the way, did you know that these Make Up For Ever lipsticks are enriched with macadamia and mallow oils? Both oils are known for their nourishing and soothing properties!

The Artist Rouge Creme lipstick are smooth and creamy, they are comfortable to wear! Most of the shades are super pigmented but not all of them are fully opaque. Half of these shades (C205, C206, C209, C210, C302, C303, C304, C305) wore for about 3-4 hours on me, while the other colors (C207, C208, C306, C403, C404, C405) lasted a good 6-7 hours without eating.

All the medium/dark pinks and reds (C206, C207, C208, C306, C403, C404 and C405) are insanely pigmented and offer opaque coverage in one pass! Oh and I would add C210 to that list too, that soft peachy pink is fabulous! You can't go wrong with these shades, they don't emphasize dry skin or settle into fine lines!

If you have vertical lines on your lips, you might want to stay away from the shades C205 (Baby Doll Pink) and C305 (Intense Coral), as they tend to gather into fine lines. C209, C302, C303 and C304 were a bit streaky too, but it was less noticeable. These 6 shades can accentuate dry skin as well, so don't forget to exfoliate and hydrate your lips!

My top picks? C210, C302, C303, C306 and C405!

C206 Pink is a cool-toned medium pink with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

MAC Satin Lipstick in Pink Nouveau is lighter. Dose of Colors Lipstick in Seductive is a bit darker, slightly more plum. NARS Lipstick in Schiap is slightly darker and warmer, the finish is matte.

C207 Fuchsia Pink is a fuchsia pink with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Menace is warmer and brighter. NYC Get It All Lip Color in FabFUCHSIA is warmer and slightly darker. Dose of Colors Lipstick in Seductive is slightly lighter and less fuchsia. NARS Audacious Lipstick in Stefania is darker and a bit more plum.

C208 Magenta Pink is a bright warm pink with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

NYC Get It All Lip Color in FabFUCHSIA is similar, slightly warmer. NARS Lipstick in Schiap is lighter and the finish is matte. Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Menace is lighter, the finish is matte. Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Mat Lipstick in M204 is warmer and less vibrant, the finish is matte as well.

C210 Petal Pink is a peachy pink with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

MAC Matte Lipstick in Please Me is slightly more beige and darker. NYC Get It All Lip Color in PINKtastic is pinker. Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Creme Lipstick in C209 is cooler and slightly darker.

C205 Baby Doll Pink is a bright cool-toned neon pink with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

Illamasqua Glamore Lipstick in Luster is slightly darker. Elizabeth Arden Exceptional Lipstick in Pink Vibrations is more coral. MAC Matte Lipstick in Silly is darker and more coral. MAC Matte Lipstick in Candy Yum-Yum is much darker.

C209 Tender Pink is a soft pink with subtle blue undertones, the finish is creamy and slightly glossy.

MAC Amplified Lipstick in Chatterbox is slightly darker and peachy. MAC Satin Lipstick in Pink Nouveau is cooler. NYC Get It All Lip Color in PINKtastic is slightly brighter and cooler.

C302 Beige Coral is a peachy pink coral with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

Dose of Colors Lipstick in Play Date is lighter and brighter. MAC Lustre Lipstick in Cut a Caper is lighter, more peachy and less opaque. MAC Satin Lipstick in Sushi Kiss is much more orange. MAC Lustre Lipstick in Flamingo is lighter and less opaque, the color is brighter.

C303 Orange Coral is a coral orange with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

MAC Amplified Lipstick in Vegas Volt is a bit darker and more orange. MAC Matte Lipstick in Ablaze is darker and the finish is matte. Guerlain KissKiss Lip Colour in 341 Peach Fizz is lighter and less opaque.

C304 Orange is a bright orange with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

MAC Amplified Lipstick in Neon Orange is slightly lighter, less yellow. Dose of Colors Lipstick in Karma is a bit lighter and pinker. MAC Matte Lipstick in Sounds Like Noise is lighter and the finish is matte. NARS Lipstick in Heat Wave is darker, more red and the finish is matte.

C306 Pink Coral is a bright coral fuchsia with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

MAC Matte Lipstick in Party Parrot is very similar but the finish is matte. MAC Amplified Lipstick in Vegas Volt is lighter and more orange. Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Mat Lipstick in M301 and MAC Retro Matte Lipstick in Relentlessly Red are slightly darker and the finish is matte.

C403 Vermilion Red is an orange-red with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.

Nars Lipstick in Heat Wave is slightly more orange. Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Mat in M300 is a bit lighter, more orange and the finish is matte. Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in 714 is darker and less orange. MAC Retro Matte Lipstick in Dangerous is slightly lighter, the color is less rich.

C404 Passion Red is a bright red with a creamy and slightly glossy finish.
