Yep, I have another neutral eyeshadow palette to show you. But it's a good one, I promise! For Spring 2017, NARS came out with their new NARSissist Loaded eyeshadow palette. Available now at Sephora and Nordstrom, this limited edition palette features twelve shades with shimmery and matte finishes.

The formula is buttery smooth and silky, even the mattes are great. I haven't noticed any patchiness whatsoever! I expected a patchy finish with the deep brown shade after reading a few reviews, but I didn't have any problem with this shade.
If you apply a transition shade first (and this palette contains 3!), you shouldn't have any problems.
In terms of quality, the formula reminds me a lot of the ABH Master Palette by Mario. The texture is just a tad less buttery smooth, and it doesn't kick up as much powder. I swatched all the colors side by side though, and none of them were identical. Aside from the copper shade (Alnwick), the colors lean a bit cooler.
So if you already own and love the ABH palette, I think you should check out the Loaded palette!
I love how this palette has a great variety of warm and neutral hues, none of them are too similar to each other. And the addition of matte shades makes it even more perfect!
It's a very cohesive palette, I don't feel the need to reach for another palette.
I like to dust Windsor all over the lid, over my eyeshadow primer. It makes the whole blending process easier! Foix can be applied all over the lid too (depending on your skin tone) and sometimes I use it to blend the other colors.
Dover, Foix and Castille are great transition shades. Dover can be mixed with Castille to tone down the warm undertones.
I like to apply Newbury Street and Privilege on the inner corner of my eyes, so pretty!
Montaillou is a beautiful deep and rich espresso brown, which can be applied on the upper and/or lower lashline, in the crease, all over the lid or on the outer v.
And I absolutely adore the shades Beaumaris, Splendor and Versailles. I like to wear them all over the lid with a bit of Castille or Dover in the crease!
Newbury Street is a white gold with a frosty finish.
Windsor is a beige with a matte finish.
Privilege is a gold with a frosty finish.
Dover is a grey taupe with a matte finish.
Foix is a light peach with a matte finish.
Castille is a warm brown with a matte finish.
Alnwick is a copper with a shimmery finish.
Beaumaris is a chocolate brown with a shimmery finish.
Splendor is a warm silver taupe with a shimmery, slightly sparkly finish.
Versailles is a golden bronze with a shimmery finish.
Montaillou is a deep espresso brown with a matte finish.
Reale is a blueish black with a luminous finish.
The NARS Loaded Eyeshadow Palette retails for $74 CAD for 16.8g (12 x 1.4g) and is available at Sephora and Nordstrom.
