L'Oréal Paris Infallible Paints Liquid Eyeliners

I don't review liquid eyeliners often, because to be honest with you... I rarely wear that kind of product! But when I find a good eyeliner, I like to share my discoveries with you. L'Oréal came out with five new colorful eyeliners and they are pretty cool!

I'm blown away by the color payoff, seriously! It's on a par with other popular eyeliners you can find at Sephora. The black and the white aren't anything special though, but those bright shades? They are faaaabulous!

The finish is semi-matte, and I love it. Is it me or it's really difficult to find a good matte eyeliner? Make Up For Ever has one (Ink Liner) but it's not waterproof at all and it only comes in one shade. These new Infallible Paints eyeliners aren't waterproof either, but they are a bit more water resistant. I couldn't remove all the swatches with just soap and water.

Oh and it has a felt tip applicator. I like how precise the tip is, but I wish it was a bit shorter.

Now the sad part is that it tends to tug a little bit when applying. I think the liquid dries too fast because the felt tip applicator is very long?

Other than that though, I think it's a good product if you are looking for a bright blue or turquoise eyeliner, but don't want to pay $30 for something that you will only use a few times. Just don't expect super long lasting and completely waterproof eyeliners. To me they are worth it because of the crazy pigmented colors!

  1. oooh nice colours! I actually love longer tips like these, I can almost just press them into a line once I get over far enough.
