This cookie dough can be frozen. Place the dough balls onto a baking sheet, freeze and then transfer them into freezer bags. When ready to eat, you can bake them straight from the freezer. You don't need to thaw them! Keep in mind though, that they will need 2-3 minutes more of baking time.

  1. omg yum! I absolutely cannot stand cookies that are overwhelmingly sweet so this sounds like something I'd definitely be enjoying! These look absolutely divine - do you think the recipe works with white chocolate chips or regular milk chocolate chips?

    1. Yes you can substitute the dark chocolate chunks for milk chocolate chips, but it will result in a sweeter cookie. Do you have semi-sweet chocolate chips?

  2. Nice!! I'm also not a fan of overly sweet cookies - although I tend to eat too many when they're not that sweet - it's a weakness!
