Best of Beauty 2016 : Top 30!

I know what you are thinking, 30 is a lot! But I skipped last year's Best of Beauty so I decided to include a few favorites from 2015 as well, because I still love these products and they deserve a bit of love too! MAKEUP

1. Make Up For Ever Pro Light Fusion Luminizers ($48 CAD)
These talc-free highlighters can be applied with a duo fibre brush for a soft glow, or pack the color on with a small and rounded highlighter brush for a super intense highlight! The formula is so buttery smooth that it almost feels like a cream highlighter, and the pigmentation is incredible.

2. NARS Brow Defining Cream ($29 CAD)
This is my new holy grail brow product! The formula is creamy but not oily, it dries down to a matte finish. The color is buildable too, so I simply apply more product on the same area if I want a darker color.

3. Cover FX Enhance Click Highlighters ($24 CAD)
These gorgeous highlighters give my cheeks a beautiful glow! The finish is shimmery and looks a bit dewy, without any glitters. The formula is creamy and easy to use as well!

4. TheBalm Appétit Eyeshadow Palette ($39.50 US)
The colors are beautiful, I love the mix of mattes and shimmers! All the shades blend out beautifully (even the matte colors) and I haven't noticed any fallouts. And don't you just love the funny names?

5. Clarins Everlasting Foundation+ SPF 15 ($41 CAD)

This is an awesome foundation for someone who want medium to full coverage and need something that will last all day! It feels really good on the skin and isn't greasy or sticky. The finish is luminous without looking greasy.

6. Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow Palette ($70 CAD)
I rarely wear glittery eyeshadows but the Moondust palette is a nice addition to my makeup collection. This palette is all I need to satisfy my glitter cravings! The formula is quite smooth for glittery eyeshadows, they don't feel gritty or chunky.

7. Annabelle BigShow Gel Lip Liners ($9 CAD)
These lip pencils have a lovely consistency, they glide on the lips like butter! They fully dry down on the skin and don't smear or flake off. The formula is water-resistant as well!

8. NARS Velvet Lip Glides ($34 CAD)
The Velvet Lip Glides are shiny like a lipgloss, very pigmented, hydrating and so comfortable on the lips! They glide smoothly onto the lips and are non-sticky, and when I say non-sticky I really mean it. You have to try it to believe it!

9. Lise Watier Twist & Sharp Lip Stylos ($23 CAD)
I absolutely adore these self-sharpening pencils, a must have! The creamy formula glides on smoothly and never tugs on the skin. The color payoff is incredible and I love the matte finish!

10. Make Up For Ever Artist Acrylip Lip Paints ($29 CAD)
The Artist Acrylip are very pigmented, you barely need any product to completely cover your lips! I really love the texture as well, they weren't lying when they said that these lipsticks are non-sticky!

11. Rodial Instaglam Illuminating Powder ($75 CAD)
This powder gives skin a soft and ethereal sheen, perfect for those of you who don't like very frosty or glittery luminizers! It looks amazing on very fair skin tones, but can work on light to medium complexions as well.

12. NYC Get It All Lip Colors ($6 CAD)
The formula is creamy and a bit thick, in a good way! It doesn't slide around, yet it's not sticky. They really offer intense pigmentation in one swipe! That's pretty impressive for a $6 lipstick!

13. Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette ($68 CAD)
This palette is the basic for a successful makeup look! The formula is absolutely fantastic, the eyeshadows are super soft and silky! They never look patchy and the colors are ultra pigmented.

14. Clarins Ombre Iridescente Cream-to-Powder Eyeshadows ($25 CAD)
How gorgeous are these eyeshadows? (You need to see the swatches, seriously) They are incredibly smooth and buttery! They provide intense pigmentation and I love the shimmery finish as well, so pretty!

15. Anastasia Beverly Hills Master Palette by Mario ($59 CAD)
I'm so pleased with this purchase, hands down my favorite ABH eyeshadow palette! The mattes are silky smooth and the metallic shades are super buttery. They blend beautifully and most of the shades are highly pigmented even without a primer.

16. L'Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation ($22 CAD)
This foundation has a very thin consistency and feels lightweight on the skin. The coverage is really good too and it doesn't look cakey! The finish is luminous but not super dewy, it doesn't feel greasy or sticky.

17. Clarins Fix' Make-Up ($30 CAD)
This spray keeps my makeup looking fresh for up to 14 hours. My skin is super oily so I still need to use blotting sheets throughout the day but my foundation doesn't separate. The formula is even better than Skindinavia!

18. Vichy Teint Idéal Illuminating Fluid Foundation ($38 CAD)
I love this foundation so much, definitely one of my favorites! It doesn't feel sticky or greasy and has a beautiful satin finish. It offers light to medium but buildable coverage as well.

19. BITE Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipsticks ($30 CAD)
Made with triple milled pigments and 12 edible oils, these lipsticks are super creamy and moisturizing. The consistency is perfect and I absolutely adore the sweet citrus flavor!

20. Rodial XXL Lip Liners ($22 CAD)
Still looking for the perfect nude lip liner? Stop searching! I love these Rodial lip liners ; the staying power is incredible, the colour payoff is excellent and the consistency is so creamy!

21. Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Creme Lipsticks ($27 CAD)
Available in 31 shades, the Artist Rouge Creme lipsticks are extremely pigmented and opaque! The formula is very creamy and smooth, it feels comfortable on the lips.

SKINCARE

22. Rodial Super Acids X-Treme Hangover Mask ($56 CAD)

I love this mask, it's so good! It's the perfect post-party mask : it exfoliates, deeply cleanses, boosts hydration, brightens and improves skin texture!

23. Vichy Double Glow Peel Mask ($34 CAD)
This mask really help in lightening hyper pigmentation and acne scars, my skin tone is brighter and more even! My skin feel softer and look healthier as well.

24. Clarins Booster Repair ($40 CAD)
This is an awesome product! I like to mix it with an hydrating mask or my favorite moisturizer. This booster is very moisturizing and I noticed that my skin healed quicker than usual!

BATH & BODY

25. Vichy Ideal Body Spa Shower Gel-Cream ($16.95 CAD)
Formulated with shea butter and white clay, this body wash gives rich lather and doesn't dry my skin out or make me itch. And it smells like cotton candy!

26. NARS Monoï Body Glow II Body Oil ($80 CAD)
This is a slightly thicker oil than your typical dry oil, but it absorbs very quickly. I keep touching my skin throughout the day, it feels so soft, moisturized and supple! With notes of tiare blossom, white frangipani, ylang-ylang and vanilla, the scent is divine! Can't. Get. Enough.

27. Institut Esthederm Sun Bronz Dry Oil Care ($69 CAD)
If you are like me and can't stand the texture or smell of other sunscreens, you are going to love the Sun Bronz dry oil! This sunscreen sink into the skin pretty fast and it smells so good too!

PERFUME & NAILS

28. OPI Infinite Shine Nail Lacquers ($16.95 CAD)
I've never had a manicure last as long, the formula is fabulous! By the way, did you know that OPI will be launching a new Infinite Shine Primer and Gloss very soon? Featuring exclusive ProStay technology, the two new formulas are supposed to be even better than the originals.

29. Thierry Mugler Angel Muse Eau de Parfum ($78 CAD)
Truth be told I don't like the initial blast of pink pepper and grapefruit, but it dries down to a sexy and sweet aroma with notes of creamy hazelnut, patchouli and vetiver. I don't even like the original Angel fragrance, but I'm obsessed with Angel Muse!

30. L'Oréal Paris Le Vernis à l'Huile by Colour Riche ($10 CAD)
Infused with four precious oils, this nail lacquer provide intense color payoff! The staying power is impressive and I love the wide brush with a rounded tip. Oh and this nail polish is scented!
